If you are not a system administrator, you can modify a signature as follows:
- Click on the Settings button placed on the upper-right corner of the screen.

To create a new email signature:
- On the Actions toolbar, select New.
- On the Email Signature: New Email Signature page, enter the following values:
Owner: The user or team that will own or use this Email signature.
Language: If you have multiple language packages installed, select the language for the email signature.
Title: Give a suitable title to your email signature.
- Click on Save and Close. Or you can click > Save > Set as Default to make this as your default email signature.
If you want edit an existing email signature and you are a system administrator. Below mentioned are the steps to be followed:
- Go to Settings > Templates > Email Signatures.
- Now select the Email signature that you want to update.
- Click on Save and Close. Or you can click > Save, to keep the changes.
