Every year, March 8 is celebrated as International Women’s Day (IWD) as declared by Vladimir Lenin in 1922 to recognise the women’s role in the 1917 Russian Revolution and declared it as holiday. Recently, Soluzione IT Services organized a heartwarming Women’s Day celebration on March 7th, 2025, commemorating International Women’s Day with joy, appreciation, and camaraderie.
A Celebration of Strength and Elegance
- The HR Team welcomed the female employees by surprising them with a rose and chocolate, a thoughtful gesture of appreciation.
- Women employees graced the occasion in their best partywear, making the day even beautiful.
- They showcase themselves gracefully and confidently with a ramp walk as a part of the celebration.
- A unique game engaged male employees, where they picked name chits and shared a quality or act of appreciation about the female colleague they received. This brought laughter and closeness and strengthened the bonds at the workplace.
- The event concluded with delicious snacks, laughter, and plenty of commemorative photographs.

- A gold medalist from Jabalpur Engineering College and a recipient of a silver medal in graduation.
- She earned her Doctorate in 2000 with over 25 national and international publications to her credit.
- In Soluzione, she leads team building, business development, and solution delivery, ensuring Soluzione’s continued growth.
- She is also the Founder President of Aayaam, a society dedicated to social, cultural, educational, and environmental awareness since 1997 to support underprivileged and differently-abled individuals.
