Soluzione’s Chief Executive Officer has over 18 years of rich IT experience ranging from hands on development to setting up software organizations. She has worked with multiple top tier organizations (such as Satyam, Sapient) and held senior management and technical positions. Her core work areas have been managing and delivering software solutions in varied domains like public sector, finance, automobiles, content management and right of way. She has successfully lead and delivered software projects end to end and also expertise in software product delivery. She has setup and grown offshore development centers from scratch and is expert program manager.

Additionally she has worked for very prestigious clients like World Bank, Caterpillar Inc., Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), ODOT. Sonika has completed her Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication from BU, Bhopal and has bagged many awards and certifications.

She is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist and an expert project manager.
