This year Soluzione IT Services successfully completed its 13th year of operations, and it’s a moment of celebration, which we celebrated in a two-day retreat to Madhai a small town situated amidst the wilderness of Satpura Tiger Reserve, Madhya Pradesh.
About Our Getaway
Our trip to Madhai was from 16th November to 17th November 2024, in a picturesque surrounding of lush forests, ambiance that is rich in history. The main attraction was our jungle safari in Satpura Tiger Reserve, which covers 1427 sq km area and is home to diverse flora and fauna. Here one can find tigers, leopards, wild dogs, wild cats, bison, peacocks, and the enchanting Nightjars. Some of us even discovered rare medicinal plants and wild lavender along the way!
Highlights of Day 1:
- Our first activity was a Wildlife Safari in a forest jeep with expert guides to explore the beauty and the beast of Satpura.
- Campfire and Dance amidst lush greenery was another attraction where we were all dressed up for a party, with the coziness of the campfire, exchanging laughter and dancing like anything.
- We also had a ramp walk to showcase our looks and confidence with awards for the best-dressed and most confident participants.
- And we ate a lot of food while we were traveling, partying, and bonding with each other.
Highlights of Day 2:
- Our day started with an exploration of the local culture, where the majority of villagers residing are from the Gond and Baiga communities.
- Then we also went to the bank of Denwa River with some of us even enjoyed a delightful boating experience.
- We also played Tambola with lots of cash prices.
Inspiring Company Presentation
A significant highlight of the last day of the trip was the impactful presentations by our CTO – Nikhil Gahlot, and CEO – Sonika Vishwakarma. They shared heartfelt messages on:
- Gratitude, happiness, and satisfaction in our personal and professional lives.
- Strengthening the company culture with respect, unity, and collaboration.
- The Importance of making a to-do list at the start of the day to be more productive, and efficient, and have the feeling of accomplishing your goals.
- A motivational review of where we’ve been, our current focus, and the exciting path forward.
Honouring Soluzione Stars
Finally, our retreat was completed with an award ceremony, during which we celebrated the contributions of our team members. Here Soluzionites were given titles such as:

- Newcomer Ninja and more were awarded, acknowledging the unique contributions that drive Soluzione’s success.

The trip ended with selfies, team photos and a lively round of team Antakshari on the way back, leaving us all refreshed and energized to take on new challenges.
