With the start of the New Year, we’re taking a moment to pause and to reflect on real work done, real problems solved, evolving capabilities, and real progress made.
Here’s what the 2025 timeline looked like for Soluzione.
Focusing on Trending and Emerging Technologies
With projects spanning diverse industries, our core focus was deepening our expertise in emerging Microsoft technologies, particularly Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Data & AI, and Cloud-first architectures.
- We actively worked on integrating Copilot capabilities within Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, enabling AI-assisted workflows such as content generation, contextual insights, reporting assistance, and productivity support directly within business applications.
- In Dynamics 365, we worked across Sales and customer-centric workloads, including Sales Insights, where AI-driven analytics and predictive intelligence help teams prioritize leads, understand customer behavior, and make informed decisions.
- Our Power Platform assignments continued to mature through real-world implementations and Copilot-enabled experiences, such as Power Automate for workflow automation and system integrations, Power Apps for low-code, role-specific business applications, and Power BI for advanced reporting, dashboards, and data storytelling
- On the Data & AI front, we expanded our work with Azure Data and AI services, including data management, analytics, and AI-ready architectures using platforms such as Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, Data Lakes, and AI services.
- Our projects also touched broader technology layers—modern front-end frameworks, mobile platforms, DevOps pipelines, cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP), and secure data storage systems.
Evolving Partnerships, Stronger Alignment
2025 also tested—and reaffirmed—our position in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Continuing our legacy of being a Microsoft Gold Partner for the last 12 years, we followed it up by becoming a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Data & AI (Azure).
- In the US and in Singapore, we achieved authorized Microsoft Licensing Partner status through the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Program, strengthening how we support customers across licensing and cloud services.
- We participated in the Global Investors Summit 2025, reinforcing the role technology plays in economic and digital growth.
- Added new partnerships with Elastic, Crayon, Pax8, Provaria, and many more
Choose Education Over Promotion with Webinars
Rather than pushing products, we chose to educate about the value they bring in optimizing customer processes.
- We conducted four global webinars focused on productivity-focused add-ons for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including:
These sessions were attended by professionals across regions, and the responses were overwhelming.
- We published more than 100 blogs, from which our Microsoft Wave 1 and Wave 2 blogs turned out to be the most-read pieces of the year—timely, practical content still wins.

Behind every product and partnership is a team that grows together.
- This year, our team achieved multiple certifications, including Microsoft Copilot certifications, IBM Data Analysis certification, and additional Microsoft technology credentials ranging from Azure, Power BI, MS Dynamics, Generative Engine Optimization, and so on.
- 2025 was filled with multicultural celebrations—from Republic Day and Makar Sankranti to Women’s Day, Men’s Day, Christmas, festivals, birthdays, and year-end celebrations—reflecting the diversity and energy of our workplace.
Community Reach and Digital Impact
Our social presence played a stronger role than ever this year.

- LinkedIn recorded 50,000 impressions in a single month
- Instagram consistently crossed 1 lakh+ monthly reach
These numbers matter—but what matters more is the community we’re building through consistent, honest communication.
What 2025 Really Taught Us
2025 brought multiple learnings and changes, and change is always for the good. It sharpened and strengthened our core, whether it’s adopting new tools, enhancing AI skills, and developing platforms.
It helped us understand where to focus, what to simplify, and how to build with more intention.
