Umang is the youngest member of the Core Management Group of Soluzione IT Services, bringing fresh energy to the team through his rich knowledge in PMP, ITIL, IT Best Practices and Process Automation.

During the course of his career of around 2 Decades, this Engineer (BE) and Law (LLB) Graduate has worn multiple hats in the capacity of a Software Developer, Tester, Team Leader, Solution Architect, Business Analyst, UI\UX Designer & Project\Release Manager and is currently spearheading Business Development.

Having worked at and for different geographies across Europe, North & South Americas, Oceania and Asia, Umang is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist whose Techo-Functional Specializations includes B2C\B2C\C2C Integration, CRM and Enterprise Applications for Business Domains like Finance, Medicare, Shipping, Insurance, Education, etc. using both Microsoft and Non-Microsoft Technologies for Small, Medium and Large Industries including premium clients like Wilhemsen Shipping (Nordic), Medicare Connect (USA), Systembolaget (Sweden), OneCare (Canada), DNB Bank (Norway), Insurient (UAE), Recovery Advisers (Egypt), etc.

Umang is a SME in MS Dynamics 365 for Marketing, Sales, Project Operations, CS and Microsoft 365 \ Azure platforms along with hands-on expertise in BizTalk, SharePoint, MS SQL, and Power Platform.
