With a growing number of customers and associated guides, Israel Cruise Excursions was looking to increase automation to enable better customer service, capture leads automatically and have a system to monitor the performance of all communication between guides, customers and leads.
Israel Cruise Excursions evaluated multiple providers and selected Soluzione to provide a solution. Soluzione used a consultative approach and carried out a detailed envisioning exercise, eliciting key requirements and developing a series of artefacts. Soluzione developed a cloud-based CRM solution based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. The team customized and extended Microsoft Dynamics CRM to develop a solution that met the customers’ current need and was fully scalable for addressing their future needs. These included Core CRM Customization like Entities, Workflow, Plugins, CRM Dashboard and Reports and Custom Utilities for importing leads from multiple sources.
Israel Cruise Excursions can now focus on customers and provide services in an integrated and collaborative manner, increased productivity and customer satisfaction and better business insights enabling them to monitor performance.
