Often, during the course of the engagement we will meet with a selected group of key stakeholders either in a working session or simply a feedback session, where we capture client feedback. At the end of our engagement our clients have a high sense of ownership around what we have built or improved collectively. This contributes immensely to the long term buy-in and sustainability of the processes we've developed whether they be operational, project management, or risk management processes.
